Daily maintenance of shearing machine

1. the blade of the shearing machine is removed every day to clean up the dust and thread in the inside of the cutter head and the air duct. (Note: After the blade is installed, the tip of the blade should be less than 1 mm of the windshield blade and not higher than the windshield blade, so as not to damage the workpiece fabric.)

2. check regularly whether the garbage can is full 2/3, if fully cleaned in time.

3. check whether there is oil in the oil bottle, if there is no fill, and check whether there is oil supply in the cutter head.

4. When the equipment is used for three months, the carbon brush in the dust collecting motor should be checked in time, and if it is shorter than 6 mm, it should be replaced in time.
